What happens in the first meeting?

We ask the question: "What is wrong?" Some other questions may come to mind in the process of talking. We will discuss if this kind of treatment is right for you and if we could and would like to work together. Sometimes the discussion about these questions continues over several sessions. We also agree on the frequency and the times of the sessions.

How much is the charge for sessions?

The fees are £70, but lower fees may be available for daytime sessions on which we agree taking into account your circumstances.

How often do I need to come?

Once a week is a minimum frequency, but twice or three times a week would give you more of a momentum. We can talk about lower fees if you decide to come more frequently.

How long is the treatment for?

That is very difficult to assess as each of us is particular, think in a specific way, have had a more or less complex history, have experienced traumatic events and so on.

There is no set time as people are different and the time they take is also different. It would right to say that this process will take longer than any universally prescribed treatment. The reason for this is because we deal with the unconscious reasons for thinking or doing this or that.
